Great product ruined by installation poor experience. The product works fine...but the installation is a scam. The technician always charges extra. It is a sure shot, that there is always something missing, or he doesn’t have the approved part and has to now put something that is twice the price. So be careful. I got charged rs 1300 for the installation and only got a bill for rs 800. The provided pipes were too short, so I got charged rs 550 extra. And then there were some nipple cocks missing for which I got charged another rs 500. I would go with havells the next time round...the installation completely ruined the brand reputation of AO Smith for me.
